Student racks up $310K HECS debt

INDIVIDUAL university students are racking up hundreds of thousands of dollars in HECS debts that may never be paid off.
The list of biggest HECS debts, obtained for the first time by The Sunday Telegraph, shows one student has accumulated a staggering university bill of $310,497.
